Condensed Milk Pecan Pie

Ingredients:1

unbaked 9-inch pie crust (store-bought

or homemade)1 (14 oz) can sweetened

condensed milk2 large eggs1 tsp pure

vanilla extract1/4 cup unsalted butter,

melted1 tbsp all-purpose flour1/2 tsp

salt1½ cups pecan halves

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, melted butter, flour, and salt until smooth.

Stir in the pecan halves until evenly coated.

Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust, spreading evenly.Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

If the edges of the crust brown too quickly, cover them with foil halfway through baking.

Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing.

Serve plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
