Ingredients

Little carrots1 potato3 tablespoons of

creole spice1 tablespoon black pepper2

tablespoons of onion powder1

tablespoon garlic powder1 tablespoon

celery chips1 tablespoon of parsley1 cup

PotChop potatoes and carrotsRoasting

beef – season with ingredients and sauté

on a skillet over the stovePlaced in a

casserole dishAdd a cup of waterAdd

more Creole spices to taste and cover

with tin foilBake at 350 degrees for two

and a half hoursRemove the tin – add

the carrots and potatoesPut in the oven

again and bake uncovered for an

additional 30 minutes or as desired
